# Privacy policy

We may collect basic information such as your name, email address, phone number (if provided), Discord ID, FiveM identifiers, IP address, and other information you voluntarily submit during registration, verification, or support requests.

This information is used solely for server management, account verification, security, moderation, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.

By using our server and related services, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy.

## Donator Policy

Donations are voluntary and help support the development and maintenance of the server. All donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Donating does not grant immunity from server rules or guarantee special treatment.

While we take reasonable measures to protect the server from exploits, hackers, and data loss, <mark style="color:$warning;">we</mark> <mark style="color:$warning;"></mark><mark style="color:$warning;">**do not guarantee compensation, refunds, or replacement of donated items, vehicles, properties, currency, or other perks**</mark> <mark style="color:$warning;"></mark><mark style="color:$warning;">if they are lost due to hacking, exploits, server rollbacks, technical issues, or unauthorized data dumps.</mark>
