## MCPD

* Don't force PD for OOC talks .
* Police should not be burned for any scenarios. (PD Officers don't have any kind of revenge rp)
* Don't talk to police about the Police Rules or Don't police the police.
* Citizens or Gang Member can't bro toxic against pd officers in any kind of situation . you should respect each officers
* Show some respect to PD, They are also players just like you. Saying things like, "Go call another higher grade officer".
* PD have their own RP. Stop pushing them to process you faster. They can and will take their own time in processing you.
* If you are doing stunts in front of the police, ( stunts involve wheel spin , unwantedly using horns for long and multiple times, wheeling in bikes, and so) they police have the right to remove your license.
* Police have a procedure to put spike and blocks before he come to you for negotiation. After proper negotiation spikes will be removed you will be allowed to escape.
* If you wear a mask or helmet for hiding your identity police have the right to investigate and search you plan your RP accordingly.
* Engaging in aggressive actions towards law enforcement personnel within designated safe zones is considered a violation of the FRP (Fail Roleplay) rule.
* If it is not a robbery scenario, you cant shoot (KILL) a PD OFFICER without a high level RP.
* You cannot end a scenario/ pursuit by jumping off in water. In case you have fallen accidentally, you have to come out as soon as possible.
* You can only take an officer or citizen as hostage if there is an active count of officers 6 or above else considered as FRP( its only applicable for Police Situation )
* You must have a high quality RP behind the situation for pd hostaging (you can’t take officer as a hostage by continuing situations that directly or indirectly refers to his job) however you Can workout fear RP advantage on the situations like mentioned above else considered as FRP
* You cant demand your loots from the pd locker by using any hostage.
* You can’t ask random money above 20laks white money else considered as FRP
* If a police is in a robbery situation or other RP situation other civilians are not allowed to interfere or start a RP with that particular police.
* As pd officers are well trained they will not be fear for one person so, t/ th or cuffing in one on one situation is prohibited else considered as FRP
* The police have the authority to conduct searches on individuals and their vehicles if they have reasonable suspicion. It is the responsibility of the individual to provide evidence of their innocence if questioned.
* Regardless of the location (including safe zones, gang houses, and city limits), the police have the right to arrest a player if there is a government-issued arrest warrant against them.
* If a player is not directly involved in an ongoing robbery or shooting, they are not supposed to intervene or participate in the situation. Doing so would be considered a violation of the FRP rule.
* If an individual is found carrying an illegal weapon in public, the police have the power to restrain them with handcuffs and confiscate the weapon
* All on-duty officers, meaning those available and actively participating in the situation, are permitted to engage in unexpected or 144 (emergency) situations.
* Taking a hostage for any kind of demands against the police department, such as for monetary gain (Ask Money without any reason), is considered a violation of the FRP rule.
* Once a player is dead, they are not allowed to rejoin the situation involving the police through illegal revival methods
* Players are prohibited from initiating or engaging in a scenario in which a 144 (emergency) has been issued by the police.
* Players are not permitted to declare open war against the police department.

###  CITIZEN TRAFFIC RULES

* If a police gives three waring pull over sirens the driver should stop the vehicle immediately for a traffic stop kindly stop and cooperate as you do in real life, they don't search or arrest you for a traffic violation.
* Police will be asking you only the Car documents, your ID card and you driving license
* Police will only warn or fine you based on the traffic offence.
* Disrespecting a police or jumping, standing on a police car will lead to community service or Jail .
* Civilians are not allowed to kidnap or shoot the Police who is doing just a traffic stop .
* If you feel you have been mistreated in a police situation. Continue rp inside IC. Do not contact an admin . If the officer make an frp, rise a ticket after the situation
